1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pak336 ("pak336," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your use of all services, products, and features available at pak336.net and any associated mobile applications or interfaces. These Terms apply to all registered and unregistered users who access the pak336 platform.

Your continued use of the pak336 platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at pak336.net/terms-conditions.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion rules, or supplementary policies published on the pak336 platform. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and any specific supplementary terms, the specific supplementary terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use pak336 services. This age restriction is strictly enforced. pak336 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension. Any winnings accumulated by a player subsequently found to be underage are void and will not be paid out.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

pak336 provides services to eligible players from permitted jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pak336 services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. pak336 does not accept liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. pak336 reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at any time without notice.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your correct date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without compensation.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one pak336 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — including through the use of different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. pak336 employs sophisticated duplicate account detection systems. Confirmed duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses will be forfeited, and genuine deposits will be returned at pak336's discretion after verification.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity on your pak336 account. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pak336 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from pak336 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

pak336 is required to carry out Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in compliance with its international licensing obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following: a copy of your valid CNIC or passport, a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months confirming your residential address, and/or a bank statement or screenshot confirming ownership of your payment method. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at pak336's discretion at any point during your account lifecycle.

3.3 Account Balances

Your pak336 account balance is denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Account balances represent credits available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these Terms. pak336 does not pay interest on account balances. Player funds are held separately from operational funds as required under pak336's licensing obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pak336 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT TRC20, which is converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your pak336 account. pak336 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account. pak336 processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 30 minutes as standard. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within approximately ten minutes following blockchain confirmation. Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

pak336 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. If your account has received a bonus, applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before withdrawals can be processed. pak336 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of fraud, anti-money laundering, or responsible gaming checks. Such delays will not exceed five business days except in cases requiring regulatory escalation.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on pak336 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Where a transaction involves a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing interbank rate plus a conversion margin of up to 2%, as disclosed on the payment page at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by pak336 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game contribution rates. General bonus terms apply in addition to any offer-specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the applicable offer terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pak336 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements at low risk, collusion with other players, and exploiting software errors. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and genuine deposits returned at pak336's discretion following investigation.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonus offers expire as stated in the specific offer terms. Once awarded, bonus funds that are not used within the applicable time limit will be removed from your pak336 account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pak336 are subject to the game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the specific product at the time the bet is placed. pak336 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event where a technical error occurred. In cricket and other sports markets, pak336 adopts standard international rules for event determination, result settlement, and void bet policies. The minimum bet at pak336 is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, account tier, and event type, and are displayed in the betting interface at the time of wagering.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak336 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence to interact with games or the sportsbook.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors — any winnings derived from known or suspected errors are void.
• Colluding with other players in card games, sports betting, or any other pak336 product.
• Engaging in any form of advantage play that pak336 determines to be outside the spirit of fair gambling.
• Accessing pak336 via a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pak336 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back deposits after wagering has occurred.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak336 platform — including but not limited to the pak336 name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio — is the property of pak336 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak336 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any pak336 content without express written permission.

9. Privacy & Data

pak336 collects and processes personal data as described in the pak336 Privacy Policy, available at pak336.net/privacy-policy. By using pak336 services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. pak336 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities only where required for the provision of services or compliance with legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak336 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pak336 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, interruption of service, errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected, or any action taken by pak336 in good faith in accordance with these Terms. pak336's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's pak336 account at the time the claim arises.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with pak336, please contact the support team in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. pak336 aims to resolve all player disputes within five business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of pak336's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to pak336's licensing authority as identified in the licensing details published on the platform. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. pak336 will not consider disputes raised after this period.

12. Termination

pak336 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pak336 reasonably believes that: these Terms have been breached; the account poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk; or the player has requested self-exclusion. Upon account closure, any genuine deposit balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within ten business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13. Amendments

pak336 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a notice on the pak336 platform at least seven days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation. Your continued use of the pak336 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak336 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through pak336's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
